What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Planning data you enter: your age, savings goal, monthly contribution, and the stock/ETF holdings you type in (symbol, type, shares, price).
- Usage analytics: basic, aggregate information about page visits and device type, used to understand how the app is used and to improve it.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your portfolio, goals, and projections saved to your account.
- To respond when you contact support.
- To improve the app through aggregate usage analytics.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not connect to your brokerage or bank accounts — all holdings are entered by you, manually.
- We do not use your portfolio data to give you personalized buy or sell recommendations.
Where your data lives
Your account and planning data are stored in our cloud database. Access controls ensure each signed-in user can only read and change their own data. Our sign-in and database infrastructure is operated by our hosting provider.
Cookies and local storage
We store your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from your Account page. This permanently removes your profile, holdings, and sign-in. You can also email sprinvofinancial@gmail.com to request deletion.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
