What Sprinvo is

Sprinvo is an educational financial planning app operated by Sprinvo Financial. It lets you track holdings you enter manually, set savings goals, and explore hypothetical projections.

Education only — not investment advice

• Sprinvo provides general education. Nothing in the app is personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
• Sprinvo does not execute trades or manage money. Its tools are for general education.
• All projections are hypothetical illustrations based on stated assumptions, including illustrative 4%, 6%, or 8% annual return scenarios. They are not predictions, and actual investment returns vary and can be negative.
• Portfolio estimates depend on optional user-entered current prices and their last-updated dates; they do not update automatically. Purchase costs are not current valuations. Missing prices result in incomplete or unavailable estimates. Legacy demo snapshots are labeled and excluded from manual comparisons. Verify information with your own sources before making financial decisions.

Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password private.
• You can delete your account and data at any time from your Account page.
• We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or break the law.

Plans and payments

Purchases are not yet enabled: no payment provider is connected, so nothing can be charged. When payments are enabled, the following will apply:

• Premium subscription: $19.99/month. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid month. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months.
• One-on-one meetings: $150 for 30 minutes or $300 for 60 minutes, sold separately from any plan. Meetings are educational sessions, not personalized investment advice. See our Cancellation & Refund policy for meeting cancellations.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to access other users' data, no scraping, no interfering with the service.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprinvo Financial is not liable for any financial decisions you make or any losses resulting from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
