Cancellation & Refund Policy

Purchases are not yet enabled. No payment provider is connected, so no subscription or meeting can currently be purchased or charged. The policies below describe what will apply once payments are enabled.

Premium subscription ($19.99/month)

Cancel anytime. Your Premium access continues until the end of the month you've already paid for, then stops — no further charges.
No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time.
To cancel, email sprinvofinancial@gmail.com from your account email.

One-on-one meetings ($150 / 30 min, $300 / 60 min)

Full refund with 24+ hours' notice. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled meeting.
Within 24 hours: the meeting is non-refundable, but we'll do our best to help you reschedule.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account from your Account page removes your data but does not by itself cancel a paid subscription — cancel first, then delete. (No paid subscriptions exist yet.)
